Class types

Small Group Training (SGT) is your way to do in-person strength workouts. The sessions are limited to 2-4 people and consist of 6-7 strength exercises performed circuit style. SGT sessions are designed to strengthen your full body and help you reach your individual goals.

Bootcamp is a combination of strength and cardio to torch serious calories. All high impact movements can be modified so don’t be scared off by the name, LOL. This class varies from indoors to outdoors depending on the season and weather. Remember to please bring a mat and water.

Zumba (Happy Hour) is pure cardio dance fun that is guaranteed to leave you sweaty and smiling! All you need is your water bottle and your sense of humor.

POWER Flow is a low-impact mat class that incorporates a lower body warm up, a plank flow series, and booty and core work on the floor. Please bring your own mat. If you own resistance bands, sliders, and a Pilates ball you can bring your own, or you can use from my supply (I have plenty for everybody). This class is also available via Zoom.

*For virtual class participants, you need your own equipment. No equipment of your own? Have no fear! You can use paper plates for sliders, a pillow for the Pilates ball, and you can do the booty work with no bands (you’ll still feel the burn).
